Email folders disappeared when computer updated

On 16.12.2015 I complied with an online request to update my Lenovo desktop computer. When this operation was complete I could not see or access my personal email folders. Telephone contact with BT, my email provider,  eventually led to them pronouncing that the folders cannot be retrieved. Similar contact with Lenovo led to use of the Restore facility in the computer. This also failed to achieve my objective. Can someone please suggest further action I might take?

In old Movie Maker / other programs, you can frame by frame shuffle back and forth to find the exact frame you want to cut it on. This used to be done with the roller on the mouse.  Is there a way to do this with Windows 10 / Essentials, Movie Maker?

Splitting videos in Movie Maker deletes most of the project

After editing my project for a while, splitting the videos into smaller parts so that I can subtitle them, sometimes I will get the issue that if I split a certain clip, it will delete most of the project, and soon after my Movie Maker will crash. The part I split disappears, and the blue bar on the left that shows how far into the movie you are skips all the way to the end, signaling that the time has been drastically reduced in the movie.

Verizon switch to AOL

I am presently using a Verizon email address but receiving it thru Window Live which I like very much but Verizon will soon be switch its email system to AOL once the switch is made I will still be able to use my Verizon email address but it will be routed thru AOL.  Will I still be receiving my emails thru Windows Live?

If not I have a recent backup on time machine but need to know how I can restore these to my mac.

Audio Symbol showing up after converting Powerpoint to a .wmv file

For some strange reason, after converting a PowerPoint presentation to a video the sound speaker symbol appears in my newly converted video, even though I put hide during slideshow. Does anyone have an idea of what could be the problem? I think this happened after getting the last version of office, Office 2016. Because the other videos I have were converted with the older version of PowerPoint and I didn't experience problems with it. I would be really appreciative if anyone is willing to help me or at least tell me what the problem is.

Deleted Windows Live Folders – Windows Movie maker corrupt, can’t reinstall Essentials help needed.

Hello, asked about this Before, got no useful help, so I ask again - and most likely will until we fix this.

So to copy a piece of my old post: ''I had Windows Movie Maker Before but then I deleted Windows Live folder from C:/ Program Files & Program Files (x86).'' I also deleted, at a later Point, the C:/ Program Files/ Common Files/ Windows Live & C:/ Program Files (x86)/ Common Files/ Windows Live. When I tried to install Movie Maker through Windows Essentials, again, it stil did not work. It say's that I already have it installed. I tried to install Writer, to allow Essentials to make the Windows Live folders itself - it did, still could not install Movie Maker.

List of Things I've Tried that did not work:

* Taking all the Windows Live folders from a Windows 7 computer and putting them in My Windows 8.1 Computer.

* Deleting the HK Registry Keys for Movie Maker.

* Recreating the Windows Live folders, manually, by moving from Another PC, by allowing Essentials recreate them.

* Resetting Internet Explorer - as intructed by Litton_B in the link.

List of Demands:

* I do not want to use a unofficial software to fix the problem.

* I do not want to use Windows Fixit to fix the problem.

* I do not want to reset the computer fully, nor partially.

I have the System Information, Logs, all that. As instructed by Litton_B in a Post how to get the change logs (or something) I will send it in a private message to the Moderator who undertakes this task if requested.

Movie Maker Progress Bar hidden under taskbar

After reinstallation of Microsoft Outlook 2011 for Mac from my Timecapsule (after a clean installation of 'el capitain') oulook rebuild proper my e-mailfile. But when ik press the send button I get the message that I have to activate my account account. However I do not have anOutlook account. And when I press the activate button I get the mesagge that there is an instalation failure. What to do. Who can help me?
