I receive this error when trying to sign in via my student account on Office 2011 on my Mac. The install of Office 2011 worked fine, but signing in does not. I'm running OS X 10.7.5
Sorry, there was a problem while trying to connect to your account. (Error code:0x80048103)
I've googled and tried the following things, to no avail:
- changing my location from UK to US in system settings
- the same via a VPN
- removing and reinstalling
I've also read something about making sure 2-step verification is disabled on one's Outlook account, but as I'm signing in (or trying to) via a college email address I can't do that. I can see from my Office 365 account that 0 installs have been used.

Movie maker in Windows Essentials, ( I have widows 7) will not save my movie. It will complete 17% and then freeze up. I successfully saved the project and when I reviewed it there were a couple of items to be fixed. I went back wlmm and fixed them and since then it will not save the project. The project is approximately 100 scanned photo album pages, with transitions, captions, credits, and music. I have tried to download mm2.6 but windows 7 doesn't want to let me do that. I have been using Movie Maker back in the XP days and only have started having issues with windows 7. I have increased my virtual memory, have saved a small thrown together project and it works fine, I am saving the project to the computer as I have intentions of placing the entire project on a external hard drive. This external hard drive will only have the project on it.
If there is a corrupted file or lost file, how do I go about isolating it?
I considered starting the project over from the beginning but after doing that it may not make a bit of difference.
This is the 50th photo album that I have done on movie maker and this is the first major problem I have run into.
Any help would be appreciated and I am in a bit of a time crunch.
