I finally have my own laptop. I need windows essentials but I've read too many negative reports. I have a modest HP 360, 32/64 with Windows 10. Should I ? Can a tech help me with it?

Hey guys,
I want to copy the folder structur of "on my computer" to my "Inbox" which is on a Server.
But just the folders, not the content.
Is there a way I can do this ?
I am running Windows 7 and Live Mail 2012. It has been working for quite a while. I also installed the patch MS sent out in December several weeks ago.
WLMail is not working as of today 1/13. When I opened it this morning it downloaded mails from last night but nothing today. I have checked hotmail account via browser and plenty have come in this morning, and I tested sending an email from WLM - it goes out (can see it in browser version) but still doesn't show up in WLM.

Hi, I have a very strange problem with my movie maker. When I am doing a music clip, i try to put some legends, and when I do pause the video, to write more legends, start the video again, it does not start in the point that i paused, so this to annoying because if i want to check if the legends match with the song i need to it since the begin.
