Question about Outlook Express

I've got a MP4 video file that's around 1.5GB.  It was shot in 1080HD.  I want to trim it down so I can burn it on a CD that will only handle around 700MBs.  I don't have a problem using the editing tools to get it to about half it's length, but when I go to save the project it ends up being just as large, or larger.  How can I just trim it down without increasing it's file size?

I  ncluding printer not working, losing an important document (THAT got me in trouble! ), and emailing. Some mail comes in one, some comes under another.  Then I have to sign out, sign into the other, read emails in both, and switch back and forth.  I assume I must keep microsoft account for updates?  Should I drop the other (same address) or synchronize them (and HOW do I synchronize both accounts?)--or what SHOULD I do to enjoy Windows 10 and the whole computer? 

I have opened an email how do I get back to my unread or unopened emails.

I upgraded from 7 to 10 last year on my laptop. I lost my Norton Security and my Windows Live Mail 2011. Norton was able to fix the security issue. I came to the Community for help with the email problem. Using a suggestion from the community, I used "repair" all Live Essentials, and my Windows Live Mail was again working. Coming into this month, it has suddenly stopped working again with a message basically saying, program could not open, maybe not enough memory(not the case) and maybe is installed incorrectly. I am very hesitant to upgrade my PC to 10 because of this issue. I do not want to completely lose my emails. I do like 10 quite a lot with the exception of my email issue.

I have new laptop bought with windows 8 but upgraded to windows 10 before any data was put on it. Windows 10 apps do not seem to have a facility like live photo gallery to allow import, editing  and collation of photos. Can I download Photo gallery for Windows 8.1 and use it as on my old vista laptop? The same aplies to Moviemaker.

Somebody hacked into my contacts list and keeps sending spam to the.  Someone suggested changing my password but to no effect.  I get  loads of messages similar to this and lots from organisations like Ebay.  " From: "Mail Delivery System" <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>

The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.2 <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>: Recipient address rejected: Domain not found' 
And I have no clue who the recipients are.  How do I stop this.  The first occurence was while I was away for a few weeks. Yours Hrid
