Original Title: Annoying emails
I keep receiving emails from Whats App. I do not open them. I put them on my blocked senders list, but keep getting them. If I'm blocking them why do they keep coming. Also all emails I receive, say unknown sender and I have the choice to allow sender or block and delete. All these contacts are on my safe list, so why is this happening.

Recently, I posted a question on how to get the Dazzle Audio to work. Now, line in works but records no sound at all, and Microphone doesn't work. How do I fix this?
I have contacts in Windows Live 2012 in an outlook.com email account.
Setting up this email account in Outlook 2016 has transferred all the emails no problem - I am therefore guessing it is "syncing" OK.
However, there are no contacts transferred.
I've exported my contacts from Windows Live 2012 as a CSV file, and resaving in Excel as comma delinated.
However, on trying to importing them into Outlook 2016, I get this error:
Can anyone suggest what to do?

( As a side issue, all my contacts are also in groups - I'd love to keep them thus, but sounds like that might be a whole other ball game..)
I assume the email is spam. I've never heard of the sender: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, message titled "Scanned image from MX2640N".
I cannot delete the email, nor can I move it to another folder. How can I get rid of it?
