In case there are encoding problems on this website too, the foreign character I am talking about is the capital A with circumflex.

They seem to appear in place of a certain white space character, maybe non-breaking-space or something like that.

In Options > Read > Fonts... , Encoding is the default "Western European (Windows)"

If, in Options > Read > International Settings, "Use default encoding for all messages" is NOT-CHECKED, then when viewing the problematic messages on screen, the Â do not appear.

If "Use default encoding for all messages" is CHECKED, then the Â do appear all over.

And if I use the "encoding" button at the toolbar of the single-message-view-window, and select "UTF-8", then the Â characters disappear as desired.

Regardless of the whether "Use default encoding for all messages" is checked, the Â will appear when the problematic emails are printed, either to a PDF printer or to a real printer.

It appears that when WLM is rendering an email for printing, it does not respect the settings in Options > Read.  Where can I set the render-behavior for printing?

Hi

Just had my new business laptop setup and I wanted to add the maps and translate by google accelerators for ease of use as I prefer them over Bing.  When going to the accelerator section of IE11 addons, it appears that I am redirect to the IE Gallery but it is lacking any accelerators; only contains search and tracking options.

Is someone able to tell me where they have gone and how I can get them back?

Many thanks,

Chris

We have a hosted exchange setup and share a calendar between everyone on the exchange. All windows users can view and edit the shared calendar no problem. All Mac users cannot even see the shared calendar. When trying to access it it says that the user does not have permission to view/edit the calendar. On the permission tab of the sender, all users are given full access and editing rights to the calendar. Has anybody experienced this problem and is there a solution?

Every time I try to add a photo to a site like craigs, etsy--I get a message that I have no more storage left.  I  would like to see the pix in storage and delete --so I can add new ones. But how??  please give simple solution as I am very new at this

As it says above, clicking on hyperlinks within e-mails gives error message "Server execution failed."

Why the heck haven't M$ fixed this yet?  It's been going on since Win10 was introduced.

Could someone please post a fix?

Thanks.

Roger T.

I bought a new laptop with Windows 10. I tried the email program, but it doesn't allow you to create folders, so I uninstalled it and loaded Windows Live Mail (which I used to have on the old computer). I have 3 email accounts. Two of them work fine. The third one receives email but won't send it. I have followed all the steps suggested in the forums: click SSL, enter name/password on Settings, changed the outgoing port to 587 and 2525. Are there any other steps I can take?
