I send one drive photo email and it is received by recipients but it does not show up in my Sent emails. If I send to myself it never turns up.

The emails exist in outlook but I rather use windows live.

Since I installed the version 1511 Windows 10 Professional 64 bits and the build 16.4.3563.0918 of Windows Live Mail 2012, I keep receiving a message when Windows Live Mail tries to access some servers for the reception of some of my email adresses (not all of them.)

On my other pc which still run on the previous build of Windows Live Mail, also with Windows 10 version 511 but not professional, I don't have theses messages, so that means that the issue is probably due to the 16.4.3563.0918 build of Windows Live Mail 2012.

The message says :

The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified.

The signature of the certificate cannot be verified

Of course I have already tried a  number of solutions (repair, etc...) but none has worked so far.

Any help will be welcome.

François

My wife and I are experiencing the same problem with Live Mail 2012. She has Windows 10 and I have Windows 7.

In the pop3 account only (iinet.net.au). We regularly receive duplicate apparent email in the Inbox. If that email is opened a message states that no content can be found. The original message does have the content.

The POP3 settings include leaving email on the server for at least 5 days.

How can this be stopped?

Hello! I need help installing Windows Live Movie Maker. I have tried installing it several times now, but each time, i get the same results. I use the official site to download the application. i click the link to download the application, then go to my downloads and launch it. A user account control box appears, asking me if i want the following changes made to the computer, so i click yes. all i get is a blue, windows essentials box that says preparing to install. That's it. How to i get it to install?

I was in the middle of editing a video when Movie Maker kept acting up, eventually causing my entire project to appear as green. I fixed the issue for a short time, but then the program got worse, so I resolved to exiting the program and restarting my computer. I do so, and when I opened up Movie Maker and tried to bring my project back into the program to further edit it, it stated that the file had become corrupted and wouldn't allow it permission into the application.

How may I go about fixing this issue?

I have the file shared to my OneDrive under "My Movie" for those who can help in that way.

Followed this thread.  Program stopped working properly after installing windows 10 and then deleting it, returning to windows 7.  Following instructions here I tried first repairing it: failed to changed problem.  Then tried uninstalling, downloading and re-installing.  Problem is worse: uploaded 3500 email titles, can't open any.  Unless someone has another solution I will be forced to delete it permanently and revert to outlook.

I have Windows 7 and currently use Windows Live Mail 2011. Since I got a message saying that my accounts will stop working unless I upgrade, I'm planning to upgrade to the 2012 version.

I get it that I will have to install the whole Essentials suite because I can't just upgrade the email client, is that correct?
In that case, I have two questions:

1) is there a way to migrate my accounts settings and email messages to the new client?

2) should I perform an uninstall of the programs I already have before installing Essentials 2012? Other than Live Mail, I already have movie maker, photo gallery and writer.

Thanks.
