Copying contacts from Outlook to Windows Live

If I export contacts in Outlook to use to add contacts to Windows Live, will that delete all the contacts in Outlook, or just create a file and leave the contacts in Outlook alone? ie, Is it a copy or move scenario?

My Hotmail send/receive frequently refuses to operate and the following error message appears.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (my name--) account. To send and receive messages in your Hotmail account, go to http://hotmail.live.com on the Web, or try again later. To get help from Windows Live Customer Support, go to http://support.live.com and click Windows Live Mail in the list of services.

Can no longer add contacts to Windows Live Mail

My contacts list in Windows Live Mail has been emptied - not by me, and not had any updates that could have kyboshed it. However did have a Comodo threat warning and chose 'terminate and block' guess should have chosen the 'terminate, block & reverse' option?
 
Cannot now enter contacts manually, or rather I can and it all seems ok until next time I open Live Mail and they are all gone. Every time I open Live Mail I now get a message "Something unexpected happened and Windows Live Mail must close." Have researched on the forum and found this message is related to lack of entries in contact list - but have been unable to put any contacts back in permanently. 
 

Have attempted a repair in Control Panel but that did not fix it. Nor did renaming the contacts file folder do anything other than stop Live Mail opening at all. I didn't have a previous restore point to restore it to, so that option was out.

 

Unable to delete the ads on Photo Gallery.

For me, random screenshots of ads have been overtaking my gallery and these take up an extreme load of storage. I can't delete them because it says another app might be using them and I don't have permission? What's up?

Missing Pictures from Camera roll

during a sync from windows phone to laptop, the majority of my photos from my camera roll have disappeared on the phone, I can find them on the laptop but I want them back on the phone, PLEASE HELP!

Use Windows 10. Computer is now is unable to email links . Did not have this problem before.   

         Error reads "Windows Live Mail error Ox8DE20007"     Help please- What's the solution?

Outlook2011 crash

Tried to send an email with attachment that was apparently too large.  Am unable to delete the email from the outbox before it starts sending and then crashes and the Error Report shows up.  Any suggested fixes will have to be understandable by me (i.e., not so technical that I can't follow any instructions).

Outlook 2011 Corrupt identities missing a few years

My "Main Identity" and the others that are dated 2011 and 2014s (even the time machine) backups apparently stopped keeping data from Oct 2014. This morning 1/29/16 when I opened Outlook 2011. The identities box came up (weird) and I choose "main" all my important emails for 2015 and 2016 are gone now, only Oct 2014 are there. I've been on the phone with the most incompetent Microsoft techs and people for over 5 hours. They cant transfer me to a supervisor or wont.

I've re selected many identities  but they are all not the current one.  My emails are POP and I clear them off my server so they are gone.

If this was Apple support id be squared away in an hour or under.

OSXE1 Capitan 10.11.3

Any suggestions?
