We had a school photograph where we were identifying people and tagging them. This worked fine, but one day when I opened this photograph all of the tags had either been moved or deleted. Is there any way of getting them back and correcting this? The names
are all correct, but some are missing and the locations are wrong.

Per a Comcast email I received, I recently updated my Comcast account in WLM 2012 from POP to IMAP. Since then, whenever I delete messages from my Comcast account, they are permanently deleted and I cannot find them. They are not in the Trash folder in the Comcast folder (completely empty), nor are they in the Deleted Items in the Storage folder. When I check the Comcast account settings under the IMAP tab, it shows "Deleted items path: Trash". So this should be working correctly, but it's obviously not.
This also happens to coincide with the recent WLM update from Microsoft. So I don't know if it's something in the IMAP configuration or the WLM update. I'm assuming that IMAP doesn't immediately permanently delete messages unless the "Purge deleted messages when leaving IMAP folders" is selected under Options/Advanced/Maintenance, but I have this unchecked., as well as the "Empty messages from the 'Deleted Items' folder on exit" option above it unchecked.

I bought this software via App Store september 2011.
Since there I use Excel, Word and Powerpoint. They are running well.
Now I tried to use Outlook, too. But neither the Pod.-ID shown in the screen "Über Word" etc. nor the
Prod-Key (25 characters) will be valid in Outlook.
I'm very frustrated!

When I use mailto: from Windows Explorer my Live Mail is defaulting to an account that isn't my main one. How can I set a different account as the default please?

When using narration on windows live movie maker I want the sound from my project to play. The narration records fine but I can't hear the project while I narrate. Is there a setting I can alter so I can hear?
I have up graded to Windows 10 and do not like the Mail app that comes with the installation, so I decided to start using Windows Live Mail again, but again I have the same issue I did on Windows 7.
The problem is that not all my contacts show up in the WLM contacts tab, but they all show up in the Windows 10 Contacts App., and online.
I did find a work around in Windows 7, that was to create another contact online and delete the old, but this takes time and I should not have to do it.
Any ideas anyone?
Basics
- I use Windows Live Mail on my PC.
- I auto logon so signing on is not the issue.
- Emails & Calendar sync no problem.
- All contacts sync without problem between Online & Android phone.
Windows 10 has just updated. I now find I cannot use Live Mail. I tried to switch to 'Mail' but it won't accept one of my email accounts and only loads 37 out of a few hundred inbox emails on another account. I do not want to lose these emails.
I looked at the answers given on your support screens but the latest directly applying to my situation was August and it was incredibly complicated.
How do I obtain my 'live mail' without losing all the emails that were on there before the update, please? I could try 'restore' but that may well not solve the problem and I will be going backwards with your updates
I am really fed up with windows 10. Every time I switch on something else has changed. It took me ages to work out I needed to download a different software to be able to see all my photos. Why, every time there is an update users have to work out how to retain their computer's integrity?
I would heartily love to go back to Windows 7, but believe it will end up a total nightmare
