I have been using WLM for years, and it is installed in Win 10 and Win 7.   I did the update after warning in the Fall.  It gets gmail easily, but has not retrieved Hotmail since Jan 7/8.

I have reinstalled my account twice.     This is ridiculous!

How can Microsoft screw up so badly?   And when will it get fixed?

After uploading to Windows I cannot open Movie Maker, because I am told

the program will not open because MSVCR110.dll is not on the computer.

Can you help?

Two questions:

1. At the end of my Movie Maker show I want to leave the last slide showing.  How do I do this.

2. If I want to automatically restart my movie at the end how do i do this?

We have a DVD with pictures from Memory Manager 3.0 that are dated and have comments entered.  Can these pictures be imported to Windows Essentials Photo Gallery and maintain the metadata attached to each picture?  Or do we need to purchase software from Forever Panstoria (who took over from Creative Memories)?

Thank you!

How do I stop WLM feeds from being received?

I have Office 2011 for the Mac and a 2011 i7 MacBook Pro. I recently went through an update process. But after, Outlook shows up on ALL my desktops...not just the one I launch it from. It's annoying because I use multiple desktops to keep applications separate. Outlook on one, Photoshop on another, InDesign on a third, Firefox on a fourth, and so on. But with Outlook taking center stage on every single desktop, it blocks all the other apps from being seen. I have to then minimize Outlook, which sends them ALL to the tray.

I'm hesitant to blow the whole thing up and re-install because this is my Work MacBook and I can't run the risk of losing e-mail.

Can someone help?
