Hi, I'm currently working on an editing project for a YouTube video. On one of the files I'm using, WMM is stripping the audio from a .mp4 fie. I know the audio is there because when I open it in another program for playback, it works fine. I also know that it's stripping the audio from this particular video, because there's another video in the project that still has its audio.

The video getting stripped is about 17 minutes long

Please help.

Hi

My calendar broke down with multiple problems nearly three weeks ago. The problem is detailed here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/livemail-calendar/multiple-problems-with-calendar-in-windows-live/58031a07-9b6c-4f75-8e5e-7711244d0dcc?tm=1453215340607&auth=1

I have started a new thread because repeated requests for help from a support engineer in the previous thread have been ignored despite being asked to respond if I had further related queries.

thanks ...

One of my three computers (my wife's computer) continues to puke after every windows update.  After spending hours upon hours fixing problems, only to have them happen again, I decided to do a reset of the computer.

After reading the instructions thoroughly, I understood that my data would remain intact, but I might have to reinstall some applications. The system even provided a list of applications on the machine that would not be carried forward.  Live Mail was not on that list.  Being a Microsoft application, I assumed that they probably had that all worked out.

Upon completing the reset, I found out the Live Mail was not there.  I installed it and brought it up, only to find out that the storage folders were no longer there.  I tried to do an import from the AppData folder under her user account, but didn't get any storage folders.  Does anyone have a "magic pill" for this one??  My wife is, well, let's say irritated.

Any help would be appreciated.

How get the old address book and folders for Live Mail, after installing the Windows 10
Windows Live Mail 2012 in OS Windows 10 will not hold group names.  Do I have to uninstall 2012 and install 2011 again?  I have tried everything.  I've used 2011 for a long time with no problem.  There is definitely a problem in Windows Live Mail 2012

I need to import from a DV tape on a Canon video camera to a laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium.  While the process to date assumes a Firewire connection on the computer, this computer has only USB-2.  There is a Firewire and a USB port on the camera, along with the analog output port.  Is there any way to use the camera's USB to computer USB connection to download the tape?  How do I transfer the tape to the computer without the Firewire on the computer?
