Question about Outlook Express

I have a problem that comes and goes.  I cannot get WLM to download new emails.  I get the following error messages:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Btinternet (burton351) account.

Server Error: 0x800CCC90

Server Response: -ERR inactivity timeout

Server: 'mail.btinternet.com'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800420CD

Protocol: POP3

Port: 110

Secure(SSL): No

Original Title: Got a problem with Windows Live mail.

I just changed to another ISP. Now when I open WLM there is an extra folder called Storage Folders, with 3 sub folders. I can't figure out how to get rid of it.
