Question about Outlook Express

I use windows 7  and essential live  I have multiple email accounts for my family members.. on a hotmail address I cannot log in says I have wrong address or password. I know the address and password is correct. I log into mo Microsoft default address and I cannot find any of my essential address accounts ..and contacting  Microsoft  as you know is next to impossible that is why I am here . periodically I have to change  my passwords because they sau they are not strong enoug or I cannot log in with the correct password  I am not pleased with their  BS either   anyone ...can you give me direction or hope --thank you rtwrsocietyusa@hotmail seems to be still working for me ...at least today
