Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00001 unable to send and receive Emails

I had windows essentials live mail 2011 until yesterday 15th Feb 2016. I kept getting the following error message. 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Outlook (a2def) account.
Server Error: 4102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00001

I tried everything but nothing seemed to clear it. Someone suggested uninstalling it and downloading windows essentials live mail 2012 instead, which I did, but it brings up the same error message.

How do I resolve this error. Any help greatly appreciated.

Groups missing in Windows Live Mail

URGENT - please, please HELP!!

Email Contact groups listing has disappeared from my windows live mail display.

I run a local community association for older and retired people.  I use Windows Live Mail, and my contact GROUPS (all the contacts are still there) have suddenly disappeared.  This happened only two days ago.  Some weeks ago I upgraded to Windows 10 and also bought a Nokia Lumia 630 mobile phone around that time (which I’m told uses Windows software as Microsoft has acquired the company).  Bizarrely, all my GROUP NAMES (not the contacts) have now suddenly appeared on the Nokia around the time they disappeared from WLM on my laptop.  They are completely useless there as I don’t use my phone for email!

I’m reasonably computer savvy and have read the recent MS threads relating to others who have suffered the same fate.  I notice that they were given advice on how to restore their contacts – which wasn’t their problem, nor is it mine!  I know how to do that, should that happen.

Please do help us!  I used the contact groups to mail all the members in our association (language groups, social groups of all types) and rely on the groups being there under Contacts in the LHS of the WLM window.  If new members join one of our groups then the list needs updating I can’t do that if the group lists aren’t there.  Obviously they still exist, or they wouldn’t have appeared on the Nokia.  URGENT – PLEASE HELP!

I have a problem with movie maker.Publish video->Youtube->Login with microsoft accout->Youtube accout.I introducted username and password of my youtube accout and appear this message:Invalid username or password.My youtube channel is create in november 2015 and is confirmed and with number phone.I introducted correct informations,I verificated Caps Lock and others.

Why not go?What is problem?Help please!

imap email settings for ntlworld account

I am trying to set up my Virgin Media email account on my new Windows 10 laptop. I've decided to use Windows Live Mail as my email client because I'm not getting on very well with the new Windows Mail app. However, when I put my details into Live Mail it sets my email settings as POP3.  I have tried to change this to IMAP in the server boxes, but for some reason, when I click in the POP3 box, it won't delete the text. Any ideas?

Windows Live Mail export email only exports one email

In the past, I could export all my email in various folders.  Now, it will only export one email.

I am using Windows Live Mail Build 16.4.3528.0331 and Windows 8.1 and Internet Explorer 11.  I have installed all the Windows 8.1 updates.

I uninstalled McAfee.

I uninstalled Windows Live Mail with the following command:
c:program files (x86)windows liveinstallerwlarp.exe" /cleanup:all /q

I reinstalled Windows Live Mail from Microsoft's web site.

I created a new administrative user in Windows 8.1.  I started email and did not setup any email accounts.  I typed three draft emails and saved them in the storage folders drafts folder.  When I try to export all the folders, only one mail gets exported.

I performed a clean boot of Windows:

I disconnected from the wireless network.

Here's how I do an export:
For a successful export, follow these guidelines:
1.Set Windows Live Mail to Work offline¹ before starting.
2.Create a temporary folder on your desktop² to contain the exported messages.
3.In the Export wizard, select the temporary folder and select All folders ³.
4.When it's finished, check that the number of files in each folder within the temporary folder is one more than the number of messages in the corresponding folder in Windows Live Mail.
5.Copy the temporary folder to its final destination

In Windows Live Mail when I click on Working Online on the status bar, it changes to Working Offline.  Then I click on File, Export Email.  But when I click on Email Messages, the status bar changes to Working Online.

How can I get it to export all my email?

So, I have this project that needs to be passed on the 18th and I have been trying to figure my problem out for 5 hours now. But I can't seem to solve it. I really need it badly. The problem applies on both photos and videos when rendered. May it be a small or a big file. And I have already tried different formats (for Youtube, HD, Computer, etc.) and still, the same thing happens. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME. I can't risk to have to start over because I have worked for this project really hard. Also, it's 30 mins long and I have no much time. Thank you! I hope staff from Microsoft sees this. HELP ME PLEASE
