Question about Outlook Express

I'm getting increasingly frustrated with WLM.   

If I view a message in "quick Views" Unread emails it disappears.  I should just be in my inbox, as read,  for that account but it's not there at all.   I've searched in all accounts, all folders but nothing. 

Also, if I drag an email from the quick view into a folder it doesn't go there. 

I get emails from my own email address for all sorts of sh!t .... mostly **** enlargement !!!!!  

can anyone shed any light on this please

Why do I have some convulsing file structure of my gmail account in WLM?

1.

There is Trash folder where deleted messages go.
Why there is Deleted Items folder which does nothing for me?

2.

There are 2 Drafts folders, Sent Mail and Send Items folders and 2 Sent folders.

How to correct that just to have one, not duplicated folders structure?

When forward an email with attachment it remains in Outbox. New email with photo scan also remains in Outbox. Help
