Recently, I had to reinstall Windows 10. This erased many programs including Windows Live Mail. I restored WLM and the contents of inbox/sent/draft/deleted folders. I now want to restore the numerous subfolders (that I downloaded from an outside cloud storage service) that were part of the section captioned Storage Folders. How do I do this and cause WLM to see and recognize them?
Ever since applying the patch (Build 16.4.3564.1216) to WLM 2012, Hotmail inbox don't remember safe sender list (which is shown ok in my Outlook.com and in the safety options).
Every time I get emails from people that are in my contact list, I get the option to: Delete or Block / allow sender. Why Hotmail don't remember the option that I chose?
Using- Win 7 x64 with up to date windows updates.
Any idea

Hello...
I have an old Windows 7 (Home Premium) based desktop with Windows Live Mail. All of my other computers have Windows 10 with Outlook 2016.
I'm trying to send important (old) account mail to some form of saved file for a future date if needed. I run an Export Routine and I save it to Outlook-type mail. Once saved I have no idea where these files reside. I can't find them...
I've tried doing this twice to old e-mail addresses and I simply cannot find this Exported File.
May I please ask you folks for some help here?
Best regards,
Mark
At work we have several employees that share the same PC. When one is gone another logs in and does the work. Is there a way to have Windows Live to ask for a login and give the emails for that user only? We have the same windows login credentials for that PC but I want Windows Live Mail to ask for the correct user info.

When I try to add contact on an address from an email or add an new contact manually, I get "the contact information could not be saved. Check the contact's information and try again". I just started having problems with this about a week ago, and did upgrade to Windows 10, but that was about a month ago.
Any ideas of what I can do to fix this?
Thanks, Lisa
