Question about Outlook Express

As I was opening up my windows movie maker, I am unable to open up the program. An error message is showing up per below enclosed. We have already performed a sfc scannow in cmd as advised by one of your staffs but the verification is ok nothing violated.

How do we get an app password for WLM 2011 on Windows 8.1 operating system?

We have looked everywhere on the Microsoft account interface for the ability to get an app password, and it is nowhere to be found.  Manage permissions does not work, security info has nothing.

What is going on?

I currently operate windows 10, I had an old account with MSN _____@___.com when messenger became Skype my two accounts became unavailable. Ans it is impossible for me to download windows live essentials with this version of windows

My list of contacts are shown in two ways:

1) John Jones

2) John Smith

    Address book

I have no difficulty in deleting John Smith by right clicking on the name and choosing "Delete".

However if I attempt the same procedure with John Jones It will not allow me to delete the name.  This is true for all names in my contact list that do not have "Address book" written directly below the name.

In order to have the audio separate from the video, I had to open up the same video under "add music" and add it to my project as an audio file. My question is, can I somehow link or group the audio to the video despite them being two different files? In other words, can I link or group music to a video?
