I recently had to update my Windows Live Mail due to AOL purchasing Verizon. That is all fine. But I also have a Hotmail email which I had to open years ago for Microsoft. My Hotmail email is not working in Windows Live Mail. I tried to redo the setti ngs with no luck so I disabled the Hotmail account figuring that I could then re-install it. It would not do an automatic install and I can’t get the settings anywhere for the ingoing or outgoing servers. If I go to Hotmail, it takes me to Outlook! I tried to change my login email for Microsoft and just get rid of it but all it lets me do is change the sign-in email. I really don’t want to open another email server and have another email but it looks like that may be my only choice. It took days to get everything sorted with my Verizon accounts. Will it be easier to get them moved into Outlook? That was originally a migration but I fear now I will have to do an export and AOL already lost many files doing that in my Windows Live account. Too many hours! Or does anyone have any useful advice. Microsoft no longer supports Windows Live Mail. Help! Please!
I can not figure out why every time I save the video I made in Microsoft Movie Maker as a wmv file, there is audio and no visual. I am using Windows 7. At first I thought maybe it was my computer not letting me view both the audio and visual, but I have emailed it to others and they have the same problem as I do (audio but no visual). There is one picture (jpeg) and 3 movie clips (wmv files) in the video that I made with the length of 70 seconds. These are the steps that I have taken to save the entire movie as a wmv file:
-Save movie
-For computer (I have also tried saving it for high-definition display)
-Typed file name and saved the type as Window Media Video File
Please help!!!

WLM Error Ox8DE00005 that comes up every time I enter and it has stopped from using it including having lost the info on my calendar and contacts. How do you fix the error and WML can function.
Today, WLM started with all email accounts set to default including Storage folder.
What I mean by default is that all folders are empty and custom folders are gone.
Checking WLM storage folders in File Manager I can see all my old folders are there and messages too.
The new folders (default) all have (1) in the title:
for example Inbox(1), Storage folder(1) etc.
My question is how to restore safely back all those old folders?
I do not want to import anything and if possible not to create again all those custom folders.
Preferably I would like to do it just using Windows File Manager.

We use Windows Live email. All of a sudden we noticed that some of our storage folders are missing. They were under Import folders. We have been unable to get them back. Any advice?
Thank you
Don
