When I send then print a copy of my emails in windows live mail the apostrophe and bracket symbols are both printed as "hieroglyphics".  This does not happen if I send and print from outlook.com. Any solutions please.

When I open Windows Media Player, my cursor stops working and stalls when I scroll through my list of songs. What is causing this hesitation?

I recently installed Windows 10.  I have set up my Comcast email addresses and am receiving emails to both addresses fine.  The problem is I cannot send emails.  I get the following error message:

The connection to the server has failed.

Subject 'When are the kids coming?'
Server: 'smtp.comcast.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10060

Hopefully someone has experienced this and knows how to fix it.

When I watch my edited video in the preview window, it looks fine.  However, once I save it as either a .wmv or .mp4 format, there are strange, shifting colorations throughout the entire video and the audio plays a tad bit faster than it does in real life.

I have looked through several pages of MM2012 problems and I'm not seeing anything about this one yet.  Help!  I have saved, resaved, restarted/resaved, etc. to no avail.

Thanks!

I cannot access my account properties.  I think there is a problem with the setup because I can receive email but not send.

I am trying to make a short video from some clips I have, for my dad for Father's Day this weekend... I have never done this before, so I have already learned quite a bit, but am struggling with a few things which I hope someone may be able to help me with!

So I am OK (I think) with the actual video footage. It's the music and audio I am struggling with.

I have a music track and have imported that, put it over the video - no problem.

What I am trying to do though, is to have the music playing for x amount of seconds, then at a certain point in the video, I wanted to stop the music and pick up the audio from the video itself for several seconds, before resuming the music once more.
