I have two identified groups on the email contact group list. One contains 14 members, the second contains eight. I have tried to send information to the larger group via the address established in previous email programs...the address is WATER QUALITY GROUP. It was rejected as being an incorrect address,even though all members are on my individual contact list. I have used Windows Essentials to try and repair the issue--to no avail
I understand others are having the same problem with the LM 2012 program. When will Microsoft send a repair patch to ameliorate this problem?

I have downloaded a piece of an old VHS tape. to my PC. It is now an MPEG. When I put one into my Windows Movie Maker program I get the audio but the screen is black (no image). Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
