Thought that I, with the help of firedog had resolved my issue. It worked ok for 12 hours. Now I'm back to my original problem.
I can receive emails ok but cannot send any. I cleared my outbox and attempted to send a test email to myself. It kept asking for my password. After several attempts I cancelled the window and then got a blank error message----HELP

When I record using my webcam in movie maker, the preview and recording go fine.
When I click on stop, it prompts me to save the file, which I do. When I am returned to the editing screen, all it shows is a blank video - i.e. no sound, no video.
I have manually cheeked - the recording WORKS - I can open the file using other media players.
I tried just recording what I needed to, but movie maker freezes when I try to save movie.
I have repaired the installation. I have confirmed that both the webcam and microphone are working. How do I make Movie Maker, work?

Verizon switched me from Verizon mail to AOL.. I had to create a new account in WLM. I moved files from my old account to my new one. Appeared to work, but now every file says "not yet downloaded..." The "press here" - space works, slowly, as does a double click. But I have hundreds of files. I can't find any way to do more than 1 at a time, slowly. Please help.
