Recieve some, but not all emails on two different computers

After recently switching to a new computer, we have noticed an issue with our windows live mail 2012. Some emails are received on one computer but not the other, and vice versa. I have gone through all the server settings and passwords with our email host and we are certain that the issue lies within the live mail program itself. 

For example, we will receive an email from "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" on pc "a" but not pc "b", we reply and joe's reply comes back on pc"b" but not pc "a". There is no consistency nor pattern to which emails each computer receives from the server.

I would greatly appreciate any help as this is our business email and it is causing us substantial problems with working with our customers.

Editing Sudden Problems

Hi

I was editing my video which was 21 minutes long and wanted to end it and make it shorter. Thus, i used the 'split' tool. Everything was working alright and i managed to edit my video as i wanted. Suddenly though, it wouldn't let me continue with that anymore. I was still able to use the split tool button and separate my videos etc etc but after pressed split and chosen where i wanted to do that it was deleting the rest of the video.

Why does this happens? Is there any limit on how much times you can use the split tool? Anyone who can help?

I have Windows Live Mail and, after years of use, cannot send emails. I am receiving all of my emails but can't send from this program. This is true no matter which computer I use.

importing photos from iPhone

since 2 months I can not see older photos in the list of improt (in windows) to import them. I dont find any where to go back in date to choose my older photos to be imported. I can only see and import photos of few weeks back(3-4 weeks). 

I wonder why this setting has suddenly changed as I used to be able to see all the photos of my iPhone when I was importing new ones.

Can iCloud interfere with that?

Can’t install microsoft movie maker from windows essentials 2012

I have windows seven. When I try to install programs from windows essential 2012 , all the programs get installed except Movie Maker, it shows an error "Couldn't install programs Photo Gallery & Movie Maker, an unknown error occurred Error: 0x80040705, Source: dotNet40".

I cannot insert a photo, or change the font in Windows Live Mail

Everything has been fine, and suddenly the insert buttons are grayed-out, so I cannot insert a picture into an email message, and the font and font size are grayed-out, so I cannot change them. HELP!

windows movie maker not working

Recently updated to windows 10 and now when I add a movie clip after it finishes preparing the video the video will not play or display in the preview window? I need help to fix this very soon I have a project due!

I am using Windows 7. Have had Outlook/Windows Live Mail for many years with no problem.

About a week ago it stopped sending emails. Every email I try to send (dozens now) come back to my inbox with this message:

DELIVERY STATUS NOTIFICATION (failure)

postmaster.mail.hotmail.com

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.
       *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

(Please note that there is no error code provided with any of these messages.)

No one has been able to find out the reason. (I do have over 30,000 messages in my inbox). Some suggest it is not in the mail application but in my Microsoft Account.  How about deleting this account and opening a new one? I am desperate at this point. Thank you.
