moves download to email sound is ok but video is frozen
After installing the latest update of win10 on my Lumia 535 I tried to install messenger on it. After download it restores user data then installs and shows error 0*80073d0b. My internet connection is fine and I have enough free space. I'm trying to install it on device storage. I have already tried restarting and deleting temporary files.

I have a Sony Handycam and record long videos. The camera saves the videos on SD card in about a 2 Gig block or 12 minute block. After I import them into Movie Maker and play back, where the 2 blocks meet the video and audio stall or jump. Is there any way to smooth out the flow? Note I made sure there are no transitions between them.

Thanks

Until recently, I was on Windows 8.1, and was accessing my Outlook.com emails via Windows Live Mail 2011. Recently, however, having upgraded to Windows 10, I had a problem in not being able to import a new Outlook email account. The Microsoft technician very kindly downloaded Windows Essentials 2012 for me and this works well.

Last night I was able to import my new email to my Windows Essentials 2012, but unfortunately I find that the slide which moves the inbox messages up and down is too narrow and the cursor cannot click on to it to move it. Therefore, I cannot move the inbox up and down and realise that if the inbox has a lot of messages in it I may not be able to access those which are beyond the bottom of the page. Can anyone please advise me as to how to fix the slide to make it wider so that the cursory can click on it.

Original title: Windows Live Mail

I have sent pics to people and as far as I know they have received them OK.  But when I check my sent box I get a red box that says "prohibited file type.  The pic(s) are not pics from web sites.  They are pics from my camera.  Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Hi I am trying to export the recipient addresses for all messages in the Sent Items folder (I need this list for marketing purposes).

I know in Outlook 2010/2013 it is possible to export fields such as the sender and recipient as a .csv file which is easy to view in a spreadsheet. Is there any way to do this in Outlook 2011?

How can I return my document list from starting with "z" to start with "a"?   I went to my control panel but have not found a way to change it back to start with "a" as originally set up.

Hello all,

I am using MacBook Air and the emails I sent in any folder are not sorted correctly. When I click on the date to sort by date, all emails except the ones I sent are sorted but my sent emails are listed at the very bottom of the list in every folder.
I would appreciate any suggestions to solve this.

Many thanks in advance.
