I have reviewed online and in this forum all the instructions to try to fix the gmail IMAP folder issue.  I have two popups that show:

Can someone please let me know how this issue is resolved as nothing I have read online has helped.

Thanks,

Jennifer

I have occasionally been having trouble with emails erroring (error: -108 Not enough memory) and then being moved to the Outbox folder. I also hear the 'Mailbox sync error' chime when this happens. The email will refuse to send until I quit and reopen Outlook, after which it sends the email immediately.

From browsing various postings regarding the 'Not enough memory' error code it sounds like the problem is most likely not 'memory' related at all, but more likely an issue somewhere else. In an effort to resolve this I rebuilt the Outlook database, and also checked the Outlook 'Reading/Security' preferences as suggested by a few posts, although I failed to understand what 'downloading pictures from the internet' had to do with sending emails.  Nothing seems to be resolving the problem. I am sending emails throughout the day, but this seems to happen randomly.... sometimes not at all for an entire day, yet on other days it happens numerous times.  Many of the emails do not necessarily have any attachments, so I can't attribute it to that. It also occurred to me that it might only be happening when 'replying' to emails. I will have to continue to track occurrences and see if that is truly the case.

I am using Outlook for Mac 2011 v14.6.0, running on an iMac 3.5GHz i7 with 16Gb of RAM and plenty of hard drive space available.  My operating system is 10.10.3 (Yosemite).

Every time this occurs I have checked the system.log in Console to see what is going on and I see the same thing every time:

I am not knowledgeable enough to be able to determine what the system.log is telling me, if anything, and was hoping someone out there has had a similar problem, or can at least decipher the system.log.   I would appreciate some help/suggestions.

I have Windows 10 for a couple of weeks. Today, out of the blue, Windows Live Mail 2012 stopped working. When I try running the app, I receive the following notice: "Windows Live Mail has stopped working: A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available".

I contacted Microsoft's help desk and the agent who chatted with me advised me that they no longer support Windows Live Mail. I was disappointed, as it's the first time ever I need support for Microsoft, after paying subscription fees for years, and I couldn't get any help.

I tried on my own to run a repair tool for "Essentials" and do other things as advised in different forums but nothing helped.

My main problem is that I have tons of e-mails organized in storage folders in Windows Live Mail. I even remember migrating old e-mails from the days of "outlook express" into Windows Live Mail when I switched to this app. The stored e-mails include even ones from e-mail accounts that I no longer use or have the password to (as I have changed e-mail accounts a couple of times over the years). I asked the Microsoft agent if they can at least help me migrating the e-mails that were stored (presumably locally) via Windows Live Mail to the new Windows 10 Mail app, but they said that there's nothing they can do.

Any advice how to deal with this situation (starting with how to get better support from Microsoft. to how to fix Windows Live Mail, to how to retrieve lost folders/e-mails) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I use Windows 7 and Live Mail 2011. Live Mail keeps prompting me for my email (Roadrunner) password. it will not stop. I am absolutely certain that I am giving the correct password. I have spent an hour on the phone with my cable company (Time Warner) to confirm incoming and outgoing server info, etc., only to be told this is a Microsoft issue.

Can you help?

I am in HST. ( I had to schedule it 4 days from now as no sooner times were available) My question for support is: Can you help me straighten out Outlook email folders. I have had to restore Outlook folders several times so I have 3 Outboxes, 3 Delete folders, 3 Junk, several inbox named folders for specific email storage, etc. I only want one of each folder. How do i integrate each one into one folder
