I know I downloaded it because I can see it in the Program Install/Delete in my control center. When I try to search for it in the programs to use I cannot find it. The download page says it will work on Windows 7, it says they still support it, but they do not. The chat guy knew nothing.
I need a photo app to improve my picture quality. Can I get this to work or suggest another free program for windows 7?

Lumia 1020 is dropping call
