Hi there

Windows Live Mail has stopped receiving emails from one particular sender, for no reason that I can see. I haven't blocked the sender's address. There are no email rules set up. I have been receiving email from this sender for several years, but as of last week their emails are not appearing, and they are not going in the junk folder.

Any help much appreciated.

(Windows 7) Once I wanted to clean my taskbar, I dropped everything out of it, putting it in the trashcan (Wich deletes the program instantly, wich doesn't actually work), And I wanted to put movie maker on the taskbar again. Couldn't find it anywhere. I downloaded essentials 2012 again with photo gallery and movie maker, no sign of movie maker ANYWHERE on my computer. Now I want awnsers, Microsoft. If I download and install something, should it be on my pc? YES! So where is it located? NOWHERE. Is it downloaded? YES. Can I find it? NO! So don't post an awnser of "Try searching in programs and files search or all programs" Because IT DOESN'T WORK! I tried this 14 times. Uninstalling essentials and movie maker and installed it again. Wow Microsoft, I think I'll buy Mac next time.
I have MS office outlook 2011 on  Macbook pro running Yosemite  10.10.5 I deleted 3000+ emails and now outlook is stuck on "updating message list" Getting mail on IPhone with no problem

I have been trying for days to move my WLM storage folders and their email contents to Outlook 2016. I have hundreds of stored folders, subfolders and sub-subfolders.

There appear to be two distinct problems:

1) If I try to export more than one level of folders at a time (for example a folder and one or more of it's subfolders) I get a message that I don't have enough disk space or the emails are corrupted. Neither of these are true - I have plenty of disk space (yes, I did run Disk Cleanup too) and the emails are not corrupted.

2) I can export either a single folder, or several folders which are on the same level. The exporting process appears to be working fine:  I can see the correct number of emails being processed and then I'm told that the export was successful. These new folders appear in Outlook 2016 however they are completely empty. I haven't yet been able to move a single stored email.

I have four emails accounts in Outlook 2016 which are set up fine and the online emails are all in place. I am currently using Windows 7. This is the process I've been trying to follow: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Import-email-messages-from-Windows-Live-Mail-B7775E37-F072-4AF0-AF22-F03841A150AD. I recently installed the 32-bit version of Office 2016. I did a repair on Windows Essentials but it didn't make any difference.

Original Title: Windows Live Mail 2012.

I have two email accounts using Live Mail 2012, one is my Outlook account which I have no problems accessing either on my windows 7 or my other computer using windows 10.  BUT I cannot access my other account which is a live.com account.  No matter what I try when I try to login to that account,  it ALWAYS brings up my Outlook account.  I have to find a way to access my Live.com account outside of my Live Mail 2012 program like I can my Outlook email BEFORE Mail 2012 stops working, and before I will try upgrading this computer to windlws 10..  Really need help on this one.  I have searched and cannot find the right answers to this problem.

Thanks, Ronny

I have been using Windows Live Mail 2012 for a few years with few issues. The past few days, I have been unable to send outgoing messages; however, my incoming messages still successfully arrive in my inbox. My password has not changed, but each time I access Live Mail, the logon window pops up. When I close Live Mail, I receive a message that my messages were not successfully sent. I have even uninstalled and re-installed Live Mail, but the problem persists. Please advise.
