Cannot change fonts/sizes on Outlook 2011 MAC

I have read lots of discussions on changing the font and size of outgoing messages but none answer my problem... that I found anyway.

Using Outlook 2011 on my Mac and want to change the outgoing message font and size.

I've followed Preferences/Personal Settings/Fonts but nothing happens when I click on fonts. No other windows open, no other options listed anywhere... nothing.

Why is this not working or am I just not using it right?

Thanks for any help.

PS While we are on the subject can we change the size of the 'Item list' (list of incoming message headers) on the main outlook view as it is very small?

Hi,

For a few days after installing Windows 10, the only Live Mail 2011 problem I had was not being able to send photos, or receive hotmail emails (which I don't use anyway) and also, I was constantly being invited to sign in with a Windows Live ID which didn't happen before. 

Now, the real big problem has occurred - my Contacts have disappeared which is hugely frustrating.

How could I recover them? I'm not good at this stuff but would welcome suggestions that a numpty can understand and carry out.

Video becomes blurry after title/caption

I have a perfectly clear video but if I add a title or a caption the entire 20 minute video becomes blurred.  If I remove the title/caption the video remains blurred.  I have to start fresh and not add any titles or captions.  Anyone know how to fix this?  This is a time sensitive project and the title and captions are very nice features and make the video look very professional but they are rather useless if using them destroys the entire project.

I have Windows 10 operating system

I'd been using Windows live mail but it quit working. I went to the control panel and tried to repair the Windows Live Photo Gallery, but that made no difference so I went back to the control panel and had to remove both the Windows live Photo gallery and the Windows movie maker.

I  then went to Microsoft to download the Windows Essential 2012. I tried to download only the Photo Gallery.  The Photo gallery then showed in my all apps, but when I tried to run it, I got the following message

"Photo gallery encountered an error and can't start.
Error code 0x8007045a

Then the following message

" Photo gallery can't start because Microsoft SQL 2005 server compact edition is missing. Would you like to download it from the Microsoft download center to install it?"  Yes   No
I clicked on yes. Then got the following message:

"We're sorry but the page you requested cannot be found" When I googled Microsoft SQL 2005 the information I got said Microsoft is ending support for SQL 2005.

I'm stuck at this point. What should I do now?

OT- Email I can't delete

I have an email in my Junk email folder in Windows Live Mail. I've attempted to delete it by clicking on the red X, by right clicking it and by attempting to move it to my Delete folder and deleting it from there. Each time I get a box with the following message:

"An unknown error has occurred." with an OK box to click on.

How do I get rid of this email?
