Question about Outlook Express

I Imported into movie maker a video clip where I applied the "Split" action. Now, I have some splits that I need to undo and reconnect the subject together. I there any way of doing that? and if yes, could someone help me resolve my problem?

I have a problem with the voices on the movie not syncing when I save the finished movie to a USB. I've saved my final movie in the recommended WMV file and it all looks good when I play it back on the computer - all in sync, but off the computer is doesn't sync.

Can anyone shed any light on why this is happening?

will they also receive an email back that says either email address is not working OR your address has been blocked? OR will it just go to your junk mail OR not come through at all? Is there a way to not receive their email at all? OR to change your accounts email address so it affecting your account?

Win 10 64 bit --IE.11

IE.11 is set as my Default Browser, as is WLM, is my Default Mailhandler.

However I can only send Link by Email from the IE. 11 Page, or File Menu,

by trying to send Page by Email, there is a flicker like it is trying to open, but nothing happens,

I have reset IE.11, according to Instructions given, but am experiencing the same Problems as above.

I am editing a movie in movie maker on my windows 10 computer and every time I try to remove a piece of video or try and split the video, WMM freaks out and deletes everything with only a few snippets of video left which are unplayable.

I also can't move anything around. The movie is only 5 minutes long but I want it to be 3.

It was working before but stopped working.

I've tried rebooting movie maker and my PC but it is still not working.

Please help!
