Question about Outlook Express

I have about 7k files which are all photos imported in my PC ( Windows 7 ), however when it was finished importing an error came up, and I had to cancel the "Delete files from device after importing"part and I had to replug my iPhone. SO, my problem is I have to delete those photos (which are 7K) on my iPhone, and I couldn't find the option in PC to remove those files on my iPhone even though it recognizes that those pictures were already imported.

Do I need to delete the imported files then import it again to continue the deleting part??? [honestly, 7k files take forever to import, and there's still more waiting]
Or there's another way to do it?

I have this Error code when trying to sync IMAP email account.

I've checked and SSL are off and TLS are on.

What else may be the problem ?

Did a restore and added my Hotmail account back in with no problem. Went to add additional IMAP account and I keep getting the same message that the account is out of date, and it is asking for the password.  This all worked fine before I did the restore and now it is junk..... Which way do I jump to straighten out this mess.  It will not Sync either.

Is there any work around or solution to running Photo Gallery (not live) in Windows 10 on a PC or any plans to make it compatible?

It looked like the perfect solution to getting rid of Picasa. I downloaded it and it loaded all my pictures and then I got messages that it stopped working. I uninstalled and re-installed then it would not load pictures and I got error messages.

Other accounts work fine in Windows 2012 Live Mail program.  I have Outlook 2010 and I HATE IT!  

I was trying to get my hotmail accounts to work in the Windows Live Mail 2012 program.  Some accounts have worked fine.  This one no.

I think I am just going to have to abandon hotmail, outlook, live accounts.  You shouldn't have to work this hard to access email.
