Will Microsoft continue to issue security patches and updates to Windows Live Mail 2012?
Or after June 30, 2016 is that over and done with as well?
Original Title: Keep on getting an error message when adding photos/videos to movie maker
"This program can't start because api-ms-win-core-timezone-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
I have tried reinstalling movie maker and windows essentials 4 times but nothing worked. When the pop-up appears and I click okay it gives me 2 other pop-ups which are exactly the same. It then allows me to add a file to movie maker but it only gives audio and the rest of the video is black.
I can't seem to find a trustworthy fix for this so any help would be appreciated.

The problem being that Outlook on my MBA/El Capitan keeps giving me the "invalid username/password" error and won't let me even compose, let alone send and receive - though the username/passwords/configurations are all correct, quadruple-checked (more than that actually), and verified with my ISP (TWC), and are actually the same accounts that are functioning flawlessly on my iMac/Snow Leopard with the same Office.
So would an uninstall-reinstall fix that? If so, should it be the simple one, dragging the Office folder to the trash? Or the full uninstall?
Thanks all.
