Question about Outlook Express

I have had many problems lately with running windows live mail 2011 to the extent that the program refused to open for a few days and then miraculously it righted itself?????  (in windows 10)

now I am asking whether I should be happy I have my email  program back or should I  look at substituting it  because it will probably fail again.

I want to install Windows Live Mail to get my old Pop accounts.

The general advice suggests that this is possible under Windows 10. However, When the windows essentials that include Live Mail begins, Windows 10 will not let me continue unless I am an administrator.

I am the only user on my PC and I am the administrator.

So what is wrong here?

I have a video I movie maker as a project, how do I rename it?

I have a few programs on my computer that still want to use windows live mail and always get an error message and the emails are never sent. There isn't any settings in the programs to change the email. I have uninstalled the windows live mail from windows essentials but now the programs are telling me there isn't any email to use. How can I get all the programs to use the email account I use now?

I can receive e-mails but cannot reply or create new e-mails. Error sign shows up with the following statements: "A problem occured while trying to open this message" and "A problem has occured. Please try again" Any ideas??
