I have reinstalled WLM but it didn't help.

When I attempt to attach more than one photograph to an email I am forced to convert to an 'album'. However when I send the email with the album attached it just goes to the Outbox. It is not sent. This facility used to work OK. Is there a setting that
has somehow got changed or have I inadvertently received updates to my software that have changed something ?
I get the following error in Windows Live Mail:-

Hi ; I have just replaced my email account with a new one only to find that my InBox, Sent items and Drafts folder are now empty of all messages. I can recover my incoming messages from the server but the other messages are not available to me. Can anyone you assist me please . Thanks

Hello there. I have a Youtube channel and recently got a new camera stand and was really excited to record. When I had finished recording, edited, and wanted to save my video, it froze at 15%. I followed many online tutorials to see if it would help. The videos I had recorded were done on my own camera. I had split the video many times, which only put the progress up 1%. Help needed!
