I'm the webmaster of a church web site. On the 1st day of each month, I send a 1-page report of web site statistics for the month just ended as an e-mail attachment to 17 BCC addresses. Up until a few months ago, there was no problem doing this using Windows Live Mail 2012 on Windows 7 Professional.

For some reason unknown to me, a few months ago, when I tried to do so the e-mail just stayed in my OUTBOX. It has continued to do this ever since then. Now, I can send it to no more than 3 BCC addresses for it go to my SENT folder. So, instead of sending 1 message, I have to send 6 messages!

I called my ISP to find out if they had some kind of limit/restriction that could be the problem. I was assured that they were not the problem. Do any of you have any ideas that may help me?

I have Office Mac 2011 Family Pak (3 licenses).  It is already installed on an iMan desktop.  It was also installed on an Airbook laptop.  I recently replaced the hard disk on the laptop and did a recovery from my Apple Time Machine.  Office did not work after recovery and was asking for a product key before I could use word, excel, etc.

I found my old install CD (with product key sticker).  I entered the product key and it was accepted.  Office is now working on the laptop.

I am curious / worried that I may have "used up" my third license on this new hard disk.  Is there way way I can "deactivate" the old / second license from my dead hard drive?  I would like to have one more license - in case I buy a third mac/ laptop.

Hi. My problem is whenever I insert a caption into Windows Movie Maker, the very top of the caption gets cut off.

Can you see how the very top of the capital S, C and Q are flat? When I'm editing the text, it appears normal, but when I watch the video, it's flat at the top. Resizing the text does nothing, and I really don't want to change the font or size (this has plagued me with a lot of different fonts)

Help is appreciated!

Hey so I have a bit of a problem,

So I recorded a chat room session with a group I have using OBS video capture and when I import it to Movie maker as an MP4 it does not allow any kind of previewing. A note of interest, the video is around 4 hours long (but I was hoping with editing I would cut that down). Any suggestions to get the preview working?

Been using this for years but suddenly there was a fault. I'm unable to send or receive. I've carried out repair and re entered my MS account details. It does appear to have connected to Plusnet but says it needs to download necessary folders, which it appears to be doing however it's been doing so for over 4 hours with no indication of its progress. So I closed it down. I have my list of contacts, my sent folder, my drafts, my deleted files. Only send and receive and inbox are missing.
