Question about Outlook Express

After the large WIN10 August upgrade my hotmail account has stopped syncronizing in WIN Live Mail. The problem is 'only' for my Hotmail account. I have another (not Hotmail) mail account. The sync for this works fine also after the WIN upgrade. I have tried to restore to a point before the WIN upgrade. That did not solve the problem. The Hotmail account works ok when I access it via Hotmail.com. This is the error message I get when I try to sync in Live Mail:

I cannot synchronise my hot-mail account on Windows 7. Other accounts function correctly. The synchronisation issue prevents me from accessing folders. I have tried some suggestions in earlier posts; for example disabling anti virus, amending settings and so forth. All without success. Does anyone have further suggestions? Thanks Dugald

I can't edit or delete contacts Importedvia CSV file into Windows 10 live mail. When right clicked, there no option for "Edit Contact" shown on the drop down menu, and "Delete Contact" is dimmed and can't be selected.

Contacts that are added with CTRL N can be edited and deleted. Is there a work around for this problem?

I just bought a new HP desktop with windows 10 and I keep getting error code 3219 when I try to load my Windows Live email which is windows live 2012 how do I fix the problem?

I have my photos filed in photo gallery, with captions within catagories, can I print off a page at a time including photos , captions and titles they are filed under so a complete  hard copy record  can be kept. at the moment I can only off a single photo  at a time with out caption etc.

Can you please advise of what can be done to achieve this
