photo gallery won't open in win 10 get error WLXPhotoLibraryMain.dll missing--how do I repair this?? I like photo gallery & used it since installing win 10 with no problems, lost my dll & now I don't know how to fix it please help if you can

I have a primary account in my name plus 2 additional ones for specific department business. All the mail shows my primary address as the return (& "reply") address. How do I get each account to "return/reply" to the corresponding address. Incoming mail goes to the appropriate Inboxes initially.
I have changed the account name from year to year, so the account name shows up but return mail still comes to my main account.
Cannot send or receive messages, keeps asking me for credentials and won't let me change my password to try and gain access. Need Help?

Couldn't sign in to a live.com account which I opened long time ago and haven't been using it just as long. Wonder if it has been cancelled.
