can not download windows security essentials, starts and stops

since 8-7-16 my security downloads have failed. Both my security essentials and microsoft updates. they start and stop. i have windows vista 32 bt. and internet explorer 9. Not good to have. I was able to download the updates then it just stopped. any answers.

 I need to find a driver online for my Live!Cam notebook Ultra  which is a camera that i can attach to the computer and try to us it for all that it allows.  but I can't make it work because the   installation did not include a driver that will match it.  Can anyone tell me what to do,  where to go to get that driver.

problem windows live mail 2011 with windows 10

I have been using windows live mail 2011 on my computer and have found it very easy to use. I am running Windows 10. Now it seems that windows live can't  get mail from my Hotmail account, can't send photo emails, .. Is there a newer version of windows live I should install??

WLM 2012 suddenly quit receiving E-mails with Windows 10. I know WLM works cause I can send from my computer to my phone, but nothing shows in sent messages.

This morning my WLM 2012 quit receiving E-mails on my computer, I recently downloaded Windows 10 a month ago. I know I can send out E-mails because they appear on my phone. But nothing shows in the sent folder. I'm still receiving WLM e-mails on my phone but they don't come up on my computer when I hit the send/receive button. A note at the bottom says no new E-mails.

Upon opening Windows Live, it begins to download my messages in duplicate or triplicate, even old messages. The message, "checking new email" never stops and I can not send messages. How can I stop this?

I am locked out of my outlook account.

I have been locked out of my outlook account, making my windows phone of little use to me. The automated response told me that I do not have enough info to get access to it, I gave it all the info that I have, there is nothing else to put. Is this account recoverable, or should I start looking for a different phone? Very frustrating and annoying!
