LIVE MAIL CANNOT ACCESS MY OUTLOOK ACCOUNT *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. ERROR 3219.

I keep getting this error on some of my emails after I read them, then move them to trash from my sent box. I tried
Click Start, Control Panel, Programs, Clicked Windows Essentials 2012, then repair all windows live programs... it didn't work.
Still same issue, cannot delete them.
It shows this:
Message cannot be foundThe contents of this message cannot be found.

When I try to open them to delete them or move them, I get this:

when i update window 10 to anniversary update my mic stop working(i think to they didn't create driver for this update) but i can't go to old version to because i have this update more then 10 days what can i do?

downloaded live essentials to be able to use photo gallery.
there are no icons,so i can't open it.
