Hi there, I have windows 7 installed on my laptop and all the videos work well but there is a problem with the Movie Maker 2012. when i try to make a movie and put images with a soundtrack only audio work and no video. It always shows a black screen (
no images ) although the images are all loaded well. I tried to install MM2011 but the same problem exist. I tried to see if the video card is outdated but no. Also, there is no problem with the codecs of the videos.
Audio but no video is my problem and i do not know how to fix that.

I have been unable to access my Hotmail account via browser for weeks.
-This is NOT ISP related as this happens in my house, over cell network, and at friend's house
-This I NOT computer-specific as this happens on my pc, phone, and friend's computer (again via Hotmail.com)
-This is NOT browser-specific as this happens in Chrome, IE, and Edge (Windows 10)
-My email is still syncing and I can send/receive from Android and Mail App on Windows 10
-I have deleted cookies, browsing history, and restarted my PC
-I am able to login to outlook and msn services, but get the error when going to email/inbox

Last week a new FOLDER appeared in my live. com email. It is called Junk E-mail
This folder was not there yesterday. Every time I click on the envelope icon to open my email, it now shows an error code saying that Junk E-mail does not exist. I have tried to delete this new folder and it will not let me.
Ever since I downloaded Windows 10, I have had nothing but problems with my live.com email and every time there is an upgrade, more problems occur.
How do I get rid of this new Junk E-mail folder that suddenly appeared today and causes Error messages to appear.
ALSO, I am now receiving 30 to 40 junk emails every day--all email addresses are nothing but numbers and letters. Why, all of a sudden, are all of these junk emails coming in???

Set up outlook as stated below;
Set up a new IMAP account
- When viewing your message list, press Ctrl-Shift-T to start the Add your email accounts wizard.
- Enter your email address, password and display name for outgoing messages.
- Select Manually configure server settings and click Next.
- For the incoming server, select IMAP from the dropdown.
For the incoming server address, enter imap-mail.outlook.com and change the port number to 993.
Select Requires a secure connection (SSL).
For Authenticate using, select Clear text from the dropdown.
For Log-on username, enter the full email address. - For the outgoing mail server address, enter smtp.live.com and change the port to 587.
Select Requires a secure connection (SSL) and Requires authentication. - Click Next and Finish.
Now get error message 550 even after downloading 2012 essentials;
The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was *** Email address is removed for privacy ***'.

so there must be thousands of us with this problem . I have a hotmail.co.uk account and today cannot get emails on my pc yet i can on my i phone my blueyonder.co.uk virgin account works on pc . Do i need to change some settings if so can anyone help please
