I am running windows 10 - windows live mail.  In the past week or so, items that I delete no longer appear in the Deleted Items folder.  How can I fix this?  Are they somewhere else on the machine.  I am a computer luddite and will need fairly basic instructions.  Thanks, Sands

The advanced search option has disappeared from my Live mail, and I cannot do an advanced search.  If I enter something in the search field, there are some options listed below, but they cannot be modified (to and from may have some entries) except for the date range.

I have had problems with my Windows Mail since the Anniversary Update installed a few days ago.  After trying several reboots, I clicked on the mail icon and it still opened in IE 11, version 11.187.14393.0 and tells me it's an unsupported browser.  I used a fix on my computer (advised on this community) to reset my Windows Mail.  I did, then rebooted, and I now have no Windows Mail program, just Live Mail, which I believe is no longer used (or SHOULD I be using that instead?  Will it sync with other devices?).  I still would like to use the simple Windows Mail that I use that syncs on all my Win. 10 devices.   I tried to download Microsoft Mail and Calendar (I don't have my calendar now either) and the store tells me it's already installed---again, it tries to open in the "unsupported" IE browser.  It will not open in Edge or Chrome.

I do not want to use IE at all--my default (and preferred_ browser is Chrome, latest version.  I use Norton Security as my virus protection.

Hopefully you can help?

Is it possible to transfer Windows 10's People App contacts to Windows Live Mail to create an address book.
