Question about Outlook Express

I have Windows 8 and Windows live mail has worked fine for years.  NOW it first stopped sending mail but was receiving it.  Unfortunately I played with the account settings.  First I put in the password for my main server Wavebroadband, and ended up with a new account which I deleted. Now it wont receive mail or accept my old password.

Is there something I can do to set it up again as the administrator?  Please how do I fix this.  I have many email file folders there and cannot transfer anything from Wavebroadband.

A day ago I scanned a document that I was going to send to someone. A box popped up saying the document was being sent. The popup is still up, the document was not sent, and I cannot get my email to load. Clicking on the email app brings the popup back showing the document is still sending. If I could get the email program to load I would delete the files and try something else. But I can't do anything. This is the first time I have scanned a document to send after loading Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated.

Having upgraded two laptops and one desktop to Windows 10 and set up my emails on each I am getting the 

server error code : 0x800CCC90

I have removed this account three times and set it up again, using the same correct username and password that allows me access to this account on both laptops, but am unable to access this account on my desktop.

Why ???

All my email attachments are being "deactivated" as they are considered to be "Prohibited file types"

Please assist me to switch off this deactivation for attachments I know to be safe

If you open the calendar at http://calendar.live.com, is it up to date? If so, on your computer, close down Windows Live mail, then copy the next line, paste it into the start search box and press Enter:

%localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Calendars

In the folder that opens, right-click the folder that's named with the email address you use to sign in in Windows Live Mail, select Rename and change its name. Now launch Windows Live Mail again and wait a few minutes for the contacts and calendar to load. Then check your calendar again.
