Question about Outlook Express

When I try to open my movie maker project I get an error: Sorry, Movie Maker can't open this project file. The file might not be compatible with Windows Live Movie Maker or be corrupted.

How can I recover my project?

Recent update of Windows 10 has done something to my windows live mail account.  I keep getting the following message, "sorry something unexpected has happened and windows live mail must close."

Why am I getting this message -- it happened all the time I am on e-mail.  What can I do to fix the problem?

Just got my laptop back to Windows 7, but got my Windows Live Mail/Windows Essentials in Chinese.

I uninstalled the Chinese Windows Essentials, got the English version (Windows Essentials 2012) from the MS website and downloaded it. Unfortunately, when I opened the Live Mail, it was in Chinese.

I did this process again and again - three times, but each time I still got the Chinese version.

1) How can I completely remove the Chinese version from my laptop, so my new English version can take over?

2) Do I still need to download the Outlook Mail Connector?

3) Is Outlook Mail similar to Live Mail ?

Hi, Having problems with Windows Live Mail.. I use MYOB for work and can normally send invoices.  Today Error 3219 Windows Live mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005 kept popping up and not allowing me to send invoices or even go into Window Live Mail to check incoming emails.  Said working Offline. ?? Worked yesterday no worries
