I have tried several times to download Photo Gallery to no avail.
Microsoft also tried to help to no avail.
It keeps on giving me same error to two different work stations located different places.
Could't set up the installer
Check to be sure you are connected to the Internet.
You cannot download Windows Live programs unless you're connected to the Internet.

As you can see I am connected to the internet. No problems on my side with internet.
