While transferring photos from my SD card to my PC, there is an error code appeared: 0x8000000a. May I know how can I retrieve the photos from my SD card.

My first try on Movie maker, because coundn't rotate in WMP. Think that is fixed now, but see photo below, the subject is telling a story, and the sound graph makes the picture jumpy as he talks. Any way to remedy this??

I am in charge of recording sermons at my church. We put them on CD for people who couldn't make it or who want to share with a friend, and I have been trying to get them on YouTube so that we can share them even more.
I created an image to use for the video (because our recordings are audio-only) and it is 1920x1080 pixels, because that was on the list of ideal resolutions for YouTube. I made a custom save template (or whatever you call it) that matched this size, but whenever I save the video it comes out with a fuzzy black line around the outside.
Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Hi,
When I open Movie Maker I get an error message "... Movie Maker has stopped working..."
I have Windows 8. I tried to unistall, reboot and install Movie Maker with the same results.
I tried in compatibility mode with all OS and also tried to Execute as Administrator with all the same result.

I have Windows 7 Home Premium. I can receive emails but I am unable to send any. Has anyone got any suggestions to get my Windows live back. It worked fine till about 2 months ago.

My system has suddenly started to freeze whenever I click on the tool bar to e.g. send a reply. No obvious reason - previously trouble free for years
