I tried those suggestions, and they didn't resolve the issue. Still can't send email. I receive email just fine. After all the email is entered, I then get a window that wants me to log in. I have never had to log in before. My user name and password is already filled in for windows live mail, and if I click "OK", it will wait several seconds, and the same window pops up again. If I just click on the red X to close the window, I get this message:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Mchsi (ozbobz-cats) (1) account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

I am getting very frustrated with this. It was suggested to get an "Outlook" email, which I did. However, it is somehow connected with my Windows live mail, and I can't send email in that program, either.

Hi I have installed Windows Essentials / movie maker on a windows 10 PC. I used the official Windows site for the download. I'm getting an error saying directory not found. I did the uninstall from the control panel / programs etc. tried to do a new install but the install runs real quick and says the program is already there. Have been searching for hours and keep reference to manual uninstall via WLARP.EXE. Have done a search for the exe and cant find it in all the locations suggested. Performed a actual SEARCH in directories suggested just to make sure it hadnt been moved accidentally. I also checked the folder setting to make sure that I can see hidden files.
I'm at a loss. I cant run the app and i cant uninstall it. I couldnt find a copy of WLARP.exe to download.
Would appreciate any help that could be provided

I use a Chrome Book on EE network and until about 6 weeks ago had no issues. Recently the login is delayed and frequently ends up "resolving host" for about a minute then comes up with "outlook.live.com’s server DNS address could not be found."
I don't have a problem on my Iphone 5 using the EE router so suspect an issue with Chrome. Anyone got any ideas?
I've tried using Yahoo as the browser for the initial login link to no avail.
Emails are received with a name shown in 'from' not an email address. I used to place the pointer on the name and it would show the email address but it is not doing that now and I have to go into 'Properties' to find out the address? It is very annoying - help please?
