I have been receiving return mail notices from different delivery systems that I have not sent.
I have been using Movie Maker for years with no problems, Now with win 10 I cannot burn my mp4 file to a dvd. I always get the note "files are ready to burn to drive F. I do this to save all my home video for the family to watch. Any Ideas what I should
do??

I've had my computer for a few weeks now, not long after I first got it my computer got a virus and I had to restore my computer. Before the time I had to do this, I was able to install Windows Essentials perfectly fine, i main;y used it for its Movie
Maker feature. But now, after restoring my computer I can't properly install it. Every time I try to download it, it doesn't even ask me anything to do with maybe which features of Essentials I would like or whatever, it doesn't take much time to load as well
which I know is a bad sign. But after it's done, it will have a pop-up tell me that it has installed. However I know it has not, because if I look at the list of programs I have installed on my computer, Windows Essentials isn't anywhere on it! I've tried
reinstalling it many times and it won't work at all! I'm starting to get angry with this as I see know logic around it what so ever... I don't know if anyone can help me with this, but it's worth a shot...

Most of the time my videos from movie maker only show a close up of a part of the film - (not always) - I've tried using the zoom in movie maker but because it isn't all the time I wonder if the problem is bigger than that. Youtube is fine.

When I open Windows Live Photo Gallery (Windows 7 w/recent updates to Windows 10 - suddenly it doesn't look as it should - colors are off - when I try to print photos all I get is this - pix appears as a "green negative type". Will I have to delete my current
program & download newer version from Microsoft? can't make use of it as it is - or is there a way to convert my current version back to original settings? Prefer not to lose pix I have there.
