Question about Outlook Express

Windows live mail states there is an error connecting to windows calendar ( still can receive and send email

Error message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail  account.

Server Error: 3219
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00005

Does anyone know when Movie Maker will be available to download from the Store. This has been mentioned on microsoft's mains site but I can get no further details. I don't want to download Essentials 2012 as support ends for this in the first fortnight of January 2017. I would rather download it from the Store (when available) any help would be appreciated.

When I click on links on some pages, I get the following message.

OS Windows 10

wlmail.exe - System Error

The program can't start because WLDCore.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. 

It doesn't happen if I use Edge. But I don't like Edge. I love Chrome and it is what I use.

I don't have any other error messages appear on my computer. And this one just started a couple of weeks ago. I figure some update messed something up.

Message below appears on Windows 10

Windows Live Mail Error ID 0x1941F4 "Unable to send or receive Outlook (account name) account messages"

Server error https:m.hotmail/micosoft-server-active-link

And my analogue phone can only get outlook email messages via gmail account.

How can I fix this?

I'm currently trying to upload a video to youtube, but when i went to publish it, movie maker said the video had an error code 0x8086000B

What is this and how do i fix it? I'd like to get on with my work as soon as possible.
