Question about Outlook Express

When I edit photo files in Photo Gallery, I save changes in lossless TIFF format and not the original lossy JPG.  Photo Gallery worked very well for how I used it; organization, tagging, initial editing and cropping, then saving as TIFF for further editing in the GIMP.

While I like the recent changes to Microsoft Photos, that save-as-TIFF function still seems to be unavailable.  I haven't found a way to tag files in Photos, either.   If I'm missing something, please set me straight.  Otherwise, as long as Microsoft is making improvements, those two would be welcome at my place.

Yes I am wondering if when I changed my password to Microsoft account, would this of effected my default email account (live.com)? I cant not sign in anymore, I use incredimail and have never had any problems, now all of a sudden it will not authorize my sign in?

if anyone has some suggestions please i am open to them, i have tried many things and nothing has worked ?

I have downloaded a music track from iTunes as m4p format and it seems the Movie maker I have running on Windows 10 will not recognise it. I've tried using an audio converter programme (Freemake) but that doesn'trecognise the type of file.

I'm new to the making movies thing - visual part was easy but the adding music part is making me tear my hair out!!!  I'm also not familiar with iTunes, I use Spotify premium. Doesn't seem to be any other way to 'get' the music in other formats?
