My Hotmail account has suddenly stop working via Windows 10  Outlook on my PC.  I can continue to receive Hotmail emails on my phone and iPad but for some reason my Hotmail account is not operating on my PC.

When I test the account I get logon to Exchange ActiveSync mail server (EAS) is  completed but it still does not connect.

I am at a loss at what to do next and any help would be appreciated.
