I received a message from "Microsoft" asking me to update security info within 7 days or my account would be frozen. I haven't a clue as to what this message is asking or whether it's actually from Microsoft. If there is an actual live body at Microsoft monitoring this board (sorry for the snark but you can understand why) could you please tell us whether this message is real and how we should respond. Tom
