Unable to send or receive email on "live mail". When opened I get the message " do you want to go online " but I am already on line. When ticked I then get an error message... Server  'mail. bigpond.com' Windows Live Mail error ID 0x800CCC0D. Protocol: POP3. Port: 110. (SSL) no.
All mail can be found on the Bigpond server. Telstra have tested and checked all settings.
Can you help ???
